Kindly requesting poor viewers

Do not watch Love aaj kal.

I really liked the other two movies of the director so went shareefly to this on.On the first day itself.

Good:
Maybe the concept.
Chorbazari song (which i heard earlier too)
The very pretty Harleen Kaur(character's name...who cant really dance).
The not-very surprising,but extremely pleasent last scene of Rishi Kapoor and Harleen Kaur.
-Rishi Kapoor,for the little screen presence he has.
--Hmmm Saif as Rishi Kapoor's youth self.Yes he is tolerable here.
-Rishi Kapoor ki kahani,Rishi Kapoor ki zubaani.This track is quite cute.

Bad:
-Ok what should i start with?
-Saif Ali Khan (COM'ON ..it is a young role done by an almost old guy....this reminds me of Ajay Devgan casting in Hindi yuva)WHY Oh WHY! It could have been Ranbir Kapoor or Shahid Kapoor (i'm not a real fan of either..but they can act..and the chemistry would atleast be worth watching!)
-Music
-Story Flow
-Stupid dialogues
-Saif Ali Khan
-The dumb girlfriend,why was she there again?Poor phirang.
-Did i mention saif ali khan?
-And why was Deepika Padukone?Hmmm actually she was not bad ok...just not good either.
-Jaaneman,Repeat dialogues (com'on...you used that in Jab we met so well...does not mean you have to "repeat again")

-The Bandal jokes,i couldnt get myself to forcefully pretend to laugh even!

Added Attraction(s):
-The Dubbing a kid in the theatre was giving for certain scenes.Kid thank you,whoever you are,you made me laugh so!
Like a puking part,and some bandal dialogues.




When i saw Socha Na tha...i was in love with the movie,its simplicity,the confused hero and the very sane heroine.

When i saw Jab we met...i was in love with both the lead characters.

When i saw Love aaj kal i was wishing i brought extra pairs of footwear and those yucky leftovers,to throw at the screen.

Again,It is watchable,but then thats about it.I watched it with not too many expectations,but it didnt even entertain me enough.

All in all...this movie is not even paisa vasool.

I missed the first few minutes of Jab we met when i watched it in the theatre,3-4 minutes to be precise.And Love aaj kal i saw from start title to end title.And some 5 minutes into the movie Malu asks me....can you understand what is happening?

Now see after reading HP-1 i have a policy..be it a movie or a book i excuse the first few minutes if they are confusing or slow..because in every good movie/book they make sense after the duration of the movie.Completely.
Here,well its like "Coming Soon"

Also children...all the trailors you've seen till yesterday of te movie..finish in the first 5 minutes of the movie. (minus the titles).

It is supposed to be similar to a Taiwanise movie called "three times".Anyone seen that?


All in all,i dont think it is worth watching in theatres.wait for it come as cheap cds or even better watch it when it comes on tv.

I have already suppressed many memories of this movie.So lets leave it there.Have fun and hope that VB gives us a fresh breeze again!

See its like this,i've known her forever, whenever i've made references to her on this blog she's known it, after four years i'll be seeing some people who are a special part of my life, i would like to spend new years atleast this year with her....atleast this year... i wont and cannot tell her this to her face,she will get offended,she may not udnerstand my viewpoint, she will expect it of me,but wont get my view point still....... birthday,eve,n.yr...its ok if she's not there for mine....but i know what is going to happen.... though i cant help it...i will feel bad..... atb to her and all the goodness in the world. they'll not be that four again its true.... P.S:to her,please dont ask me about this.
