Another thank you

Today was exhausting, but out of the exhausting day I came to know of two friendship. One I knew of before but knew it better today. And one I did not know of (to the point of being vocal about it) But today, unexpectedly, it showed me that it was there. Both so different to me, different to each other were  there for me today. When I think of today in the future,  I will remember it fondly. In fact, very fondly. And the other two, who just listened to the whole thing. Without getting bugged. With concentration. Thank you too. Even if you never read this. Its just out there, for the universe to hear. Thank you. (To As,Cm, Qml, Ld)
Life has changed so much in the past decade, and so has my equation with it. I am much more emotional and much less emotional, all at the same time. I am much more secretive and much move open, at the same time. Contradictions. Life.
Like a summer night's wind unexpected come summer like words followed by someone's smile that's when I knew you are, in fact a friend. Not close. Maybe not for long. But somehow, suddenly, you are my friend. Thank you for today. Thank you for being there.
Dear Gingerbread Man, What made you who you are? Is it the shape or the size or the sprinkles of spices on you? Is it the tie? Is it the smile or is the bald little head? What would you be if the oven didn't work or the dough wasn't right, would it still be you within? What would they say if you broke your leg or arm or chipped a part of you? Would they still think well and think you're a sweet man true?
You make me want to write again, in verse that makes me feel. You make me want to feel again, so I don't think before I feel. You make me want to think again, think before I speak. You make me want to speak again, in words that make 'em weak.

Here

In a land away from home where languages and skin matter where habits and food do too where friends often turn strangers there is an odd one like you Who comes and goes as pleases but comes through when time who doesn't stop to stare but suddenly calls out to care For we will not be friends, but friendship we do share Then there is you, so religious few of you in fact, our believes may not be in sync but we always find the right track Then the ones from just one meeting have become almost dear because of the one word or sharing or just because you're here To all the you(s) i've mentioned thank you for being here for life might not have been boring but i'm very glad you are here (K.C.A.A.M.S. and so many more)

April fool banaya and six other tidbits

I. Yes, I got fooled on the first in a spectacular way. Not happened in a long long time. Well done Armenian and Hungarian friend logan. Of course GermKo friend and me dosed the life out of them because of the seriousness of the prank. Hahahah. II. Apart from that, Sayesha is doing her A-Z challenge and I am super happy about it. III. The long pending part Chin is blogging again and I am very happy to be reading her blog once again.  (although her last post was in Jan I think). IV. In other news, I'm mostly going to be moving again as they are going to demolish our dorm. Oh well. Lets see how that goes. V. Someone was very happy with the gift (a very cheap one I must say) I gave, it makes me very happy in return. I hope I can keep bringing smiles to peoples faces. In some small way or the other. VI. My thoughts go out to UoH students in so many ways. I might not talk much about, but I hope for the best for you guys. VII. PoPa got her driver's license, and ...
The Tocqueville effect: '...growing hatred of social privilege, as social conditions improve, leads to the state concentrating more power to itself.'
